Steps:

  1. Visit Other Claims Form – The Cooperative Insurance Society of Pakistan Ltd.
  2. Upload the following documents:
    • CNIC copy
    • Policy document (digital or physical)
    • Brief incident description
    • Photos (if available)
  3. Submit and receive confirmation via SMS/email
  4. Track your claim status online or via helpline
